Our collaborator is a charming and vibrant seaside restaurant located in the beautiful port of Addaia, Menorca. With a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and Mediterranean fusion cuisine, they offer an authentic gastronomic experience to both tourists and locals alike. Known for their excellent service, warm team atmosphere, and creative seasonal dishes, this restaurant is a fantastic place to learn the ropes of professional kitchen operations. Their team is passionate about food and dedicated to mentoring young talent who want to grow in the culinary industry.

Tarefas

• Manage and confirm reservations and group bookings

• Support with customer service pre- and post-arrival

• Assist in managing feedback and online reviews

• Help with local partnerships and upselling in-house products

• Provide reports on client satisfaction and sales performance

Requisitos

• Studies in Sales, Business, Tourism or related fields

• Advanced English level

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• French or German is a plus

• €500/month

Availability and hours

• Full-time: 35–40 hours/week
