Paid Reception and Paid Architecture internships in Marbella

Vacation Marbella, a renowned entity specializing in holiday rentals and premium property management along the Costa del Sol for over a decade, invites applications for two internship positions in the Reception Department and one in the Architecture Department.

Tarefas

Reception

• Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out.
• Collaborate with the team to address any guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with administrative duties related to guest arrivals, departures, and scheduling. 

Architecture Assistant

• Aid in interpreting architectural plans and assist with design implementation.
• Support the Architecture Department with various administrative tasks, including documentation and correspondence.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain project quotes and ensure smooth project execution.

Requisitos

• Must be enrolled in a university program with the ability to provide a training agreement.
• Available for a duration of 6 months.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and/ or French (advanced/native level).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail to effectively manage tasks and responsibilities.

Remuneration: 500-725 euros/ month

Hours: 40 hours/week
