Our collaborator is an international company with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The company specializes in accounting services and collaborates with various businesses across different industries. Additionally, it is involved in property management for vacation rentals in Denmark and supports an English company conducting pharmaceutical research. The office is located in Málaga, offering stunning views of Muelle Uno, surrounded by palm trees, luxury yachts, and sunshine nearly all year round.
Tarefas
- Managing schedules and calendars
- Handling email correspondence and phone calls
- Optimizing workflows and identifying cost-efficient solutions
- Conducting research and problem-solving
- Assisting with marketing and content creation
- Supporting client onboarding and database management
- Processing invoices and financial administration
- Handling various ad-hoc and administrative tasks
- Organizing travel arrangements and purchases for the company and its owners
Requisitos
- Danish speaker (or near-fluent level)
- Ability to research and solve problems using tools like ChatGPT and online sources
- Basic IT skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Independent and proactive mindset
