Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of complex engineering projects.
• Contribute to process optimization exercises and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional team tasks and project presentations.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
• Run simulations, create detailed process documentation, and prepare status reports.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of technical findings to senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CAD, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills-- both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
• Authorization to work in Spain.
