Job Description

We are currently seeking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Education/Teaching Assistant to join our committed teaching team. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the teacher in creating lesson plans and delivering engaging lessons to students.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to enforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
  • Provide extra assistance to students with special needs or those who are struggling with language and other barriers.
  • Supervise students in and out of the classroom activities during the school day.
  • Participate in school meetings and training programs.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Education, Teaching, or a relevant field is required.
  • Previous experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English to facilitate multicultural communication.
