ARCHITECTURAL INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY IN GRANADA, SPAIN

A leading architectural firm, renowned for creating innovative and sustainable designs globally, is seeking to recruit a talented architectural intern. This high-assigned internship program is based in Granada, a city with rich Architectural heritage and artistic treasures; it offers aspiring architects a rich aesthetic experience and inspiring working environment located in the heart of Andalusia, Spain.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The selected intern will participate in all facets of architectural design, assisting in the production of complex architectural projects starting from conceptual development up to the completion. Specific daily tasks include: drafting designs, creating 3D models, preparing construction drawings, aiding in the design development process, compiling data for architectural plans, visiting worksites to gather necessary information, and interacting with clients to gather project specifications. Additionally, they will also be encouraged to attend project meetings as well as coordinate and communicate regularly with project teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should ideally be in their final year or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. A strong visual and design portfolio along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and presentation skills are essential to succeed in this position. Knowledge of other CADD related software and BIM tools will be a plus.

Seeking creative individuals with a keen eye for details, an innate passion for design, and impeccable communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should also be a self-starter, an efficient problem solver, and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure. They should have strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work both individually and as part of a team.
