Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support classroom teachers in delivering engaging educational experiences for students ages 6 to 12. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning and implementation of lesson plans.
• Supporting students in small groups and one-on-one settings to enhance learning outcomes.
• Preparing classroom materials and resources to facilitate effective teaching.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participating in school events and parent-teacher meetings.

Personal and Professional Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in education or relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for fostering student growth.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
