One of the global leaders in the entertainment industry, with a strong reputation for producing world-renowned films, series, and documentaries, has an exciting opportunity for an Intern interested in Film Studies, based in the beautiful setting of Fuerteventura, Spain.
Your role will comprise a breadth of tasks that will provide a solid foundation for building a career in the film industry. You will work closely with the film production team, providing critical support in all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Your duties will include script analysis, storyboard development, assisting with set design, prop sourcing, camera work, liaising with the technical crew, participating in production meetings, and post-production duties such as editing and sound production.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Film Studies, Communications, or a closely related field. A strong academic record is essential. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the filmmaking process and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of Spanish and English is a prerequisite, as you will be working with a multilingual team and the role will require effective communication.
We are looking for a candidate who is creative, flexible, and open-minded. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and a positive attitude towards learning are paramount. Experience with filmmaking tools and software, good time-management and organizational skills are a plus.
