Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated English Teaching Assistant to support our teaching faculty. Responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support to teaching staff such as preparing learning materials, organising student records, and grading assignments.
• Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Providing students with one-on-one support, answering their queries and ensuring they understand concepts fully.
• Researching and incorporating innovative teaching methods into lesson plans.
• Assisting in arranging and supervising field trips, social activities, and school functions.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in English or related subject.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or related role would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English to a mother tongue standard.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with handling classroom technology.
• A TEFL certification or equivalent is considered a plus.
