Job Description

The English Teaching Assistant will work closely with our team of experienced linguists to provide immersive and engaging English lessons. Your tasks will include preparing classrooms, assisting with lesson planning, supporting teachers during instruction, providing individualized instruction to students who need extra help, as well as assisting in the grading and evaluation of student performance. Attendance at staff meetings and participation in professional development activities is also expected.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in English language, education, or a related field. TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a classroom or tutoring setting is desirable.

While passion for teaching and ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds is indispensable, we're also looking for someone who carries a positive and patient attitude. Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential. The understanding of different teaching methods and the ability to adapt based on students' needs is critical.
