- Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Prepare HR reports and paperwork, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all documents.

Job Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent command over both written and spoken Spanish and English languages.
- Proactive attitude with strong initiative, detail-orientation, and analytically minded.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
