Our collaborator is a dynamic and growing company that focuses on organizing and managing workshops in various civic centers.They are looking for a motivated and organized proffesional r to handle daily personnel management within the community and the design of promotional materials (catalogs, social media, and website). If you have experience in personnel management, marketing, and digital content creation, this opportunity is for you!
Tarefas
Personnel Management:
- Search for workshop instructors and assign them to different civic centers.
- Coordinate and communicate with instructors in the digital community.
- Supervise the workshop schedule.
- Control attendance of instructors.
Marketing and Design:
- Create content for promotional materials (catalogs, social media, website).
Requisitos
- Native or professional-level Spanish (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
- Experience with social media platforms (Meta: Facebook/Instagram).
- Basic web knowledge (WordPress).
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (highly valued).
- English and other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-organized and committed to the job.
- Proactive attitude to propose improvements in company systems.
Condições
- Remote position.
- 5-hour workdays from Monday to Friday.
- Afternoon schedule (starting at 15:00-16:00 Spanish time).
