Duties and Responsibilities

During the internship period, you will have the opportunity to get thoroughly acquainted with all aspects of spa operations, wellness programs and customer care. Responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Delivering high-quality customer service while managing client bookings
- Collaborating with the marketing team to bolster brand visibility
- Helping in conceptualizing and implementing engaging wellness activities
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and ensuring all wellness areas are well-stocked
- Contributing to team effort by helping accomplish related results

Skills and Qualifications

While prior experience in the spa and wellness sector is appreciated, it’s not a requirement. Candidates must exhibit:

- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude
- A friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented demeanor
- An intrinsic motivation to learn, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English & Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
