Role Description

As an HR Intern, you will :

• Assist HR professionals in the hiring process, which includes posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Participate in employer branding activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Engage in employee relations and performance management activities.
• Bridge the management and staff relationship by solving queries, grievances or issues.
• Help in maintaining HR records, like those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate :

• Should be a penultimate or final year student pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Studies or related field.
• Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Has a strong ethical standard and a high level of professionalism.
• Is proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel.
• Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
