Human Resources Internship Opportunity in Barcelona, Spain

Role Description
As an HR Intern, you will :
- Assist HR professionals in the hiring process, which includes posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Participate in employer branding activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Engage in employee relations and performance management activities.
- Bridge the management and staff relationship by solving queries, grievances or issues.
- Help in maintaining HR records, like those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate :
- Should be a penultimate or final year student pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Studies or related field.
- Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Has a strong ethical standard and a high level of professionalism.
- Is proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel.
- Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
