Our collaborator wants to make you feel like you are shopping in a plant nursery. They have the plant you were looking for, whatever the size and species it is. They simplify the purchase process through their website, with fast and efficient shipping.
TASKS:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's doubts
- Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp contacts.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
REQUIREMENTS:
- French as a native standard
- English or Spanish advance
CONDITIONS:
- 30 hrs/week (8h00 – 14h00)
- Office in Mataró (Barcelona)
- 200€/monthly
