Job Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and executing engaging Spanish language lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students struggling with language concepts.
• Conduct small group activities focused on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Help prepare teaching materials, including worksheets, presentations, and multimedia resources.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Encourage students to practice their language skills in informal settings, such as conversation clubs and cultural events.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for curriculum improvement and student engagement.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (native speaker preferred) and proficiency in English.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational assistance is highly desirable.
• A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for language education.
• Basic knowledge of lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
