Position: Education / Teaching Assistant

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support students in their learning activities, providing one-on-one assistance as needed.
• Supervise student behavior during classroom activities and at break times.
• Prepare classroom materials, resources, and displays to enhance learning experiences.
• Facilitate small group discussions and activities, promoting collaborative learning.
• Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Support the emotional and social needs of students, fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Requirements

• Qualified or pursuing a degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
