Internship Vacancy: Wedding Planner Intern

Task Description

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of weddings from initial client meetings to day-of execution.
  • Support the sourcing and management of vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, and venues.
  • Help create detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all aspects of each event run smoothly.
  • Participate in client consultations to gather their needs, preferences, and budget considerations.
  • Research and propose innovative ideas for wedding themes and décor to enhance the client experience.
  • Contribute to social media and marketing efforts to promote events and company services.
  • Assist in on-site coordination and logistics during events to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a related field (Hospitality, Event Planning, or Marketing).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during peak wedding seasons.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software is an advantage.
