Job Vacancy: Human Resources Intern

Now, we are expanding our team based in the wonderful city of Porto, Portugal and thus, we are inviting applications for the position of 'Human Resources Intern'.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support our HR team in day-to-day operations in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects such as events, meetings, and surveys.
• Help maintain employee records accurately in our HR database.
• Gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Participate in creating a positive company culture and developing employee engagement strategies.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred but not essential.
