Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily operations, administrative tasks, and assist with special projects as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, managing complaints, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidate should be pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourist Management or any related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• A keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages will be highly valued.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
