Internship Opportunity: Human Resources Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing training materials and organizing orientation sessions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in organizing company events and team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
• Research HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
