Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in the creation of new menu items and assist with daily specials.
• Support inventory management, including the receiving, storage, and proper handling of food products.
• Assist with mise en place and ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner.
• Contribute ideas during team meetings and actively engage in training sessions.

Job Requirements

• A passion for cooking and a desire to learn about culinary arts.
• Previous kitchen experience or culinary education is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
