Electronic Engineering Internship in Portugal - 800€/month

Our partner intends to integrate a trainee with qualifications suitable for employment in the Engineering & Maintenance department. The final objective of this application relates to the need to continue to integrate qualified personnel with key competencies for the continuous improvement of production processes through the implementation of good maintenance practices and the development of new projects that aim to improve and make the organization more competitive.

The objectives of this internship are as follows: 
- To integrate the trainee into the daily activities related to Maintenance and Engineering;
- To provide the trainee with the technical skills and experience necessary to deal with the procedures of industrial maintenance;
- Developing technical knowledge by monitoring the maintenance department.
- To follow and participate in the survey, classification, and development of the electrical infrastructures of the factory;
- To follow and participate in the development of the factory calibration plan;
- Promote the trainee's involvement in the company's projects;
- To follow and promote the internal development of the automation area, 

Tasks: The position's mission will be to contribute to the development and competencies of the engineering area at the electrical engineering level, thus looking for a trainee with a high sense of criticism, responsibility, persistence, and perseverance.

Academic qualifications: Electrical Engineer, Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.

Technical and professional skills:
- Computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly spreadsheet: Knowledge of technical drawing (CAD).
- Critical thinking and innovation (ability to question existing processes and propose improvements).
- Resilience in interpersonal relationships.
- Adaptability and cognitive flexibility.
- Detail-oriented.
- Basic Portuguese mandatory.
- English advanced.

Duration: 9 months (min 6).

Hours/week: 40.

Remuneration: 800€/month.

 

Location: Portugal.
