Job Role

The role entails assisting our experienced French educators in facilitating language learning for our diverse students' population. Your tasks will comprise:

• Supporting lead instructors in creating engaging lesson plans catering to varying proficiency levels
• Conducting practice sessions and study groups for learners
• Assisting in grading tasks and providing students with constructive feedback for improvement
• Monitoring and documenting student progress
• Adhering to our teaching methodologies while suggesting necessary improvements to enhance student outcomes.

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate should possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in French or a relevant field with a minimum teaching experience of two years
• Proficient in both French and English with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A patient, creative, and engaging teaching style with a keenness to foster a stimulating learning environment
• A hands-on approach to solving problems and a willingness to adapt teaching methodologies as per student requirements
