Internship Opportunity: Management Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies within different departments.

• Participate in weekly team meetings, providing ideas for organizational improvements and brainstorm solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status and performance metrics for management review.

• Engage with team members and management to foster a culture of open feedback and communication.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
