Internship Vacancy: Spa & Wellness Internship Program

Role Description:

The intern will be integrated into our high-performing, dynamic team and be given the special opportunity to gain insight into the luxury wellness industry. You'll have hands-on tasks that include, but are not limited to, assisting with spa operations, marketing, events planning, and guest services. Additionally, you'll work closely with our veteran staff to learn the best in wellness and customer service practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client services including: booking appointments, welcoming guests, and providing tour of the facilities.
• Support in daily operational activities including facilities check and maintaining optimal spa cleanliness.
• Aid in marketing efforts such as: research, newsletters, social media updates and promotions.
• Help plan and execute wellness events and workshops.
• Learn and understand different treatment procedures and protocols.
• Provide support in general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related degree, have a genuine interest in wellness and spa industry, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English and European Portuguese is essential, and additional languages are a plus.
