Job Description

The internship will involve various responsibilities aimed at providing hands-on industry experience. The intern will answer phone calls and emails, manage reservations, greet guests, and attend to their inquiries. Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university program or have recently graduated. Strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills are a must. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
