Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with the HR department and have a front-row seat in our talent acquisition, training, and organization development processes. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in recruitment and hiring processes
• Learning and applying HR strategies in real-life situations
• Supporting the HR staff in organizing training sessions and other events
• Assisting in employee relationship management and ensuring their well-being
• Assisting in benefits and compensation administration

Job Requirements

We are seeking students or recent graduates in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. The ideal candidate must:

• Be competent in Microsoft Office
• Display effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have interest in learning about HR processes
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Knowledge of Portuguese language will be a plus
