Internship Position: Events Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Management Intern to join our dynamic team in Évora, Portugal. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the conception and planning of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community engagements.
  • Coordinate logistics, venue selection, and vendor management.
  • Help in the preparation of event materials, including brochures, signage, and catering needs.
  • Support the team during events to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve issues.
  • Conduct research to explore new trends in the events industry.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in post-event evaluations to assess success.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
