Internship Vacancy: Food & Beverage Intern

Job Description:

As our intern, you will gain hands-on experience in essential functions in the sector including product development, supply chain, marketing, and sales. You will assist in research and development of innovative food and beverage products, quality control procedures and regulatory compliance. Participating in cross-functional teams, you will contribute to strategic projects, including sustainable sourcing initiatives, production efficiency, and market penetration strategies. The internship will offer a holistic understanding of the Food & Beverage industry and a strong foundation for your career.

Key Tasks:

• Assist in the development of new products - from concept to launch.
• Help manage relationships with suppliers and participate in the sourcing of raw materials.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
• Support with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the optimization of production processes and quality control measures.

Job Requirements:

• Current university student or recent graduate in Food Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
