Internship Opportunity in Human Resources

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
• Conduct research on best HR practices and assist in data analysis for HR metrics.
• Help in managing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
