Internship Position: Events Intern

Join our dynamic team as an Events Intern and gain invaluable experience in the events industry. In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events while collaborating with our team of experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from initial concept to execution.
• Conduct research on venues, vendors, and event resources to support event planning.
• Help manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and supplier coordination.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote events through social media and other channels.
• Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Personal Requirements

• Passionate about the events industry and eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
