We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our team as an English Teaching Assistant. Our language school offers immersive and engaging language learning programs for adults and young learners interested in improving their language skills. We pride ourselves on our high standards of teaching and personalized care for each student.

Responsibilities:

• Assistant in the preparation and delivery of effective English lessons.
• Work closely with the lead teachers to understand individual student needs.
• Monitor students' progress and offer constructive feedback.
• Conduct language laboratory and other tutorial sessions.
• Prepare teaching materials and aids suitable for each class's language proficiency level.
• Help in organizing school events and tasks associated with the effective operation of the school.
• Maintain records of student progress, providing feedback to improve teaching methods and materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Teaching, or a related field
• Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and digital learning platforms
• Experience teaching English as a second language preferred
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teaching staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
