Internship Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Law Intern to support our legal team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and to develop your legal skills while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Tasks Description

• Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memoranda.
• Support senior attorneys in case preparation, including reviewing case files and summarizing documents.
• Attend and take notes during client meetings, court hearings, and negotiations.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and gather information for ongoing cases.
• Prepare reports and presentations on legal issues for team review.
• Assist in maintaining, organizing, and archiving legal files and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program (2nd year or higher).
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English is a plus.
