Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate intern to join our team in Braga, Portugal. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of food and beverage operations, marketing, and product development.

Task Description

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.
• Support the product development team in creating innovative recipes and product formulations.
• Organize and coordinate tastings and focus groups, collecting feedback and insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
• Engage in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and distribution.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of food industry software is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a significant advantage.
