Job Description:

The intern will provide exceptional customer service, offering solutions to our customers' needs, and contributing positively to the overall customer experience. Duties of the intern will include but aren't limited to:

• Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and social media.
• Recording and resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Participating in team meetings and training to improve customer service and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be a student or recent graduate, preferably studying/graduated from a business-related course. Previous experience in customer service would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite. Other requirements include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English.
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

Personal Requirements:

We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated, attentive to detail, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a team and proactivity in learning and developing new skills is crucial.
