Job Description

The successful Law Intern will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters, gaining practical experience in areas such as commercial law, intellectual property, litigation, corporate law, and EU law. Tasks will include research of statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles and codes; drafting memorandums, briefs and other legal documents; attending court proceedings and client meetings, and working directly with attorneys on case preparation.

Job Requirements

Candidates for this position must be current law students or recent law school graduates looking to gain experience in a fast-paced law firm environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a keen attention to detail are all essential for success in this position.

Personal Requirements

We are seeking someone who demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team; shows initiative and a willingness to learn; is well-organized and detail-oriented; respects confidentiality and professional ethics; and is proficient in English, with basic knowledge of Maltese or any other language being an advantage.
