Your core tasks will include assisting with event planning, supporting event marketing strategies, liaising with clients, coordinating with vendors, and helping manage logistic arrangements. You will also participate in site selection, budget management, procuring sponsorships, and post-event evaluations. You'll be working closely with professionals who are experts in managing events of varying scales, from intimate social gatherings to grand corporate galas.
Applicants should be currently pursuing a degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields with a strong academic record. Previous experience in event planning or working within a team environment is highly desirable. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory with additional languages being an advantage. You should have excellent communication skills, possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, display critical thinking, and have a knack for problem-solving. You should also be open to working in fast-paced, high-pressure situations, and be willing to pitch in wherever help is needed. Knowledge of the latest trends in events design and technology is ideal but not necessary.
