Event Planning Internship - Verona, Italy

We are a globally recognized and highly reputed company based in the vibrant city of Verona, Italy. Job Description

As an intern in our dynamic events planning team, you will participate virtually and in-person in the conceptualization, organization, and execution of various events. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, financial budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics planning, onsite event management, and post-event analysis. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced mentors who will guide you throughout the process of event planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordination of event logistics, including transportation, accommodation and catering.
  • Support event production from initial concept to day-of execution and post-event breakdown.
  • Help in maintaining and updating databases of vendors and event attendees.
  • Contribute creatively to the design and layout of event venues.
  • Conduct research to identify new event trends and potential opportunities for innovation.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss event objectives and plans.
  • Job Requirements

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual with enthusiasm for event planning and a strong willingness to learn. Key requirements include:

    • Current enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
    • Exemplary organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Fluency in English and Italian. Additional language skills are a plus.
    • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is desirable, but not essential.
