Your Role as an Intern

As a Human Resources intern, you'll assist with several HR initiatives, including:

• Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations.
• Assisting with recruitment and interview processes.
• Helping in organising and implementing staff training and development initiatives.
• Understanding HR trends and making recommendations for improvement.
• Maintaining HR documentation and database up to date.
• Participating in special projects related to HR Compliance and Employee Relations.
• Managing employee communications and acting as a liaison between employees and management.

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an individual who:

• Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Has proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Exhibits strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is eligible to work in Verona, Italy.
