Role Description:

The HR intern will support daily Human Resource operations and will play a key role in a variety of HR aspects including recruitment, training & development, performance monitoring, and employee relations. You will be tasked with assisting in organizing and updating our HR database, coordinating communication with candidates and setting up interviews. Furthermore, you will assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field in progress.
• Fluency in Italian and English both writing and speaking is required.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
