Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Kitchen/Cook Intern, you will get firsthand experience in Italian cuisine's rich and diverse tradition while mastering the necessary skills for culinary brilliance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in food prep and cooking under the direction of trained professionals
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace
• Observing and learning kitchen operations, management, and dynamics
• Participating actively in staff meetings and initiatives
• Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols
• Gaining knowledge of ingredients sourcing and menu planning

Job Requirements

We are seeking interns who have culinary passion and a desire to take their skills to the next level. The ideal candidate should have:

• Current enrolment in a culinary arts program or a related field
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for the agreed term
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably Italian as well
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Possession of culinary creativity and understanding of various cooking methods
