Job Vacancy: Education/Teaching Assistant

We're actively seeking an Education/Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. As an Education/Teaching Assistant, you'll play a critical role in creating a supportive environment conducive to learning and helping students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum
• Support classroom teachers in managing behavior and maintaining an effective learning environment
• Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their unique learning needs and abilities
• Participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
• Perform administrative tasks such as grading, preparing class materials, and maintaining classroom supplies

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Education or a related field
• Previous experience in an educational or teaching capacity
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and learning needs
• Basic IT skills and familiar with online learning platforms
