Internship Opportunity: Reception / Reservations in Turin, Italy

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and committed intern in the Reception/Reservations department at our dynamic office based in Turin, Italy.

Tasks Description:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in an array of tasks such as:

• Greeting guests and serving as a first point of contact
• Handling reservations, both incoming and outgoing
• Monitoring availability of dates, rooms, and schedules
• Addressing guest inquiries and complaints
• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure exceptional customer service
• Managing databases and updating information on a regular basis

Job and Personal Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• An ongoing or completed tertiary qualification in hospitality, business administration or related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel reservation systems
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English. Additional languages considered a plus.
