Internship Opportunity in Human Resources - Turin, Italy

Responsibilities

- Assist HR team in daily activities including recruitment process, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement.
- Help in organizing and executing training and development programs.
- Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analysing the feedback.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Participating in HR Projects such as Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, or Employer Branding.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Italian language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Knowledge of basic HR Functions.
- Familiarity with HR Software would be a plus.
