Job Description

Your role as our Event Management Intern will be critical to our future success. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of innovative thinkers, learning every facet of event management. Responsibilities include planning, coordination, executing logistics, assisting in the procurement of vendors and sponsors, managing client expectations, and reporting on key deliverables. This position provides an immersive opportunity to refine your skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, project management, and creative concept development.

Job Requirements

We're seeking motivated candidates pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Event Management, Public Relations, Hospitality or any related field. Multilingual (English being essential and Italian desirable), excellent communication and organisational skills are a must. We look for individuals with an ability to work independently and collaboratively, who display a confident understanding of event management, and have a strong will to learn and grow.
