Job Description

The selected intern will work closely with the Events Team to provide comprehensive support for the coordination and execution of events. Key duties will include:

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of all corporate and client events.
• Work with the Marketing and Communication teams to help create and implement event marketing materials.
• Monitoring event timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinating with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
• Helping in the monitoring and maintenance of the events budget.
• Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders, attendees, and vendors.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• A student or recent graduate in Events Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• A strong passion for event planning and coordination.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required. Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
