• Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and extracurricular activities to maintain a safe and productive environment.
• Help in the development of personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and report any concerns regarding behavior or academic performance.
• Organize classroom materials and resources, ensuring a clean and conducive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
• Encourage a positive atmosphere that promotes respect and inclusivity among students.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a teaching assistant or educational support role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support diverse learning needs.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Passion for education and commitment to supporting student development.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
