Position: Reception/Reservations Intern
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to assist our front-of-house team in the Reception and Reservations department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing guest inquiries and reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Support the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information in the property management system.
- Provide information on local attractions, services, and hotel offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest requests are met efficiently.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
