Position: Reception/Reservations Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to assist our front-of-house team in the Reception and Reservations department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing guest inquiries and reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
• Support the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information in the property management system.
• Provide information on local attractions, services, and hotel offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest requests are met efficiently.
• Assist in handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
