Internship Overview

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in customer service within an international environment. You will be an integral part of the customer service team in our Pisa office, engaging directly with clients and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries.
• Manage and log customer interactions through the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to learn about product offerings and service protocols.
• Help develop FAQs and support materials to streamline customer interactions.
• Contribute to feedback loops by sharing customer insights to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
